Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

Regularly priced items purchased within the last thirty days are eligible for return if they are in unused condition and in the original packaging. Worn or dirty items will not be accepted. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure all parts are in working order. You, the purchaser are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please remember that these are handmade items, created by me with love and care, and not by machines with precision parts. I’m human, there may be a few flaws, but I won’t send anything out that I wouldn’t allow my mother to inspect. And believe me, she’s picky. Also know that all products are made in a cat friendly home. If you have allergy issues, please contact me if you feel this will be a problem.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refund.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within ten business days of our confirmed receipt of your item, check your account for your original form of payment for pending transactions. If there are no pending transactions, please contact us at info@chickenfootdesigns.com.
